Description

Micatrone butterfly valve MTT-HG is intended for on/off and control applications in the process industry on media such as steam, gases, liquids and other media that do not attack the material included in the valve.

The valve body is cast in one piece in acid-proof steel. The seat of acid-proof steel with replaceable metal seal. Box gasket in graphite composite. The damper and spindle are made of acid-fast steel.
The valve can be obtained drilled for input voltage between welding flanges PN-10/16/25 and is tight up to a difference pressure of 25 bar

• Powerful torque converter gives the actuator a torque of over 160 Nm when the damper disc is in the valve seat
• Dense up to 25 bar
• Available for welding flange PN10/16/25
• Suitable for both heating and cooling systems
• Double eccentrically stored spindle provides significantly lower seat wear against a centrically stored spindle
• Manually adjustable. The limit positions also work during manual operation
