All European companies that manufacture, import or sell packaging or packaged goods are obliged to take responsibility for the recycling of the packaging. In order to meet these legal requirements, Micatrone is affiliated to the service organization FTI. A packing fee to FTI fulfils producer responsibility. The fee finances the collection of packaging through more than 5000 recycling stations, but also through direct collection in residential buildings.
