Account Manager Ventilation Specialist

Micatrone is looking for someone who wants to work with technical sales and consulting in ventilation products and at the same time develop together with the company. In the role, you will work close to the customer, with a focus on long-term relationship building, but also be involved in developing Micatrone's product offering. Are you ready for a new challenge?

About the service

Micatrone is a family business founded in 1964, which develops, manufactures and sells measurement and control equipment in the business areas Ventilation and Heating. The office is located in Solna and the business employs 15 people. Micatrone has long been an established name in its niche and is now looking for someone who wants to join the company and grow into the future.

In this role, you will help the company's customers to find optimal solutions using your technical knowledge as well as good knowledge of Micatrone's products. You will build long-term relationships with both existing and new customers and also play an important role in the development of new products.

Job description

This is a broad role, where you will, among other things:

  • With great responsibility and freedom, manage existing and build new customer relationships (distributors, installers and end users) in Sweden and abroad.
  • Promote products digitally but also traditionally, such as at trade fairs or on the customer's premises.
  • Actively participate in Micatrone's product development work as a link between customers, their needs and Micatrone's internal development department.
  • Answering incoming support questions and requests for quotes and planning deliveries

We are looking for people who

  • Have experience in designing and tuning ventilation systems, OVK or similar relevant industry experience.
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English as required in the daily work.
  • Have previous experience working close to customers, for example in sales or service.
  • Have completed a technical or economic education of at least upper secondary level

It is also an advantage if you have previous experience of working as a technical salesperson and have good knowledge of air treatment products. Your personal qualities are important and we see that you are self-driven, creative and social. You are solution-oriented and can deal with your customers in a professional manner. We believe you are result-oriented and enjoy working with others - both colleagues and customers.
